Paolo Giordani's record selling book, La solitudine dei numeri primi (The solitude of prime numbers), comes out in an English translation on June 4th. For those readers whose Italian might not have been at a high enough level to read the book when it came out will be overjoyed at the imminent publication of the English edition! This is such a great book that has generally received great reviews and explores human relationships through the theme of mathematics and numerical relationships. You can read my review of the book here.Giordano will be in London on May 29th to promote his book in an event entitled "Paolo Giordano in conversation with Enrico Franceschini" at 7:00 PM at the Italian Cultural Institute, located at 39 Belgrave Square, London. The English version is available from Amazon UK and is due out on June 4th. The book will be available to American booksellers in the fall.
